Ordering & Logistics
No minimum order, factory wholesale pricing, US warehouse fulfillment, and pre-order documents.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order. One unit is enough — and you still get factory wholesale pricing. As long as your delivery address is covered by our US warehouses, every order ships at wholesale rates regardless of quantity.
How does pricing work without a minimum order?
Factory wholesale pricing applies to every order — whether you need one sample or a full container. Our US East Coast and West Coast warehouses stock inventory for domestic fulfillment, so small orders ship from within the US without import complexity.
Which technical documents are available before ordering?
Available files vary by model and can include user manuals, dimension drawings, installation information and model-specific compliance records. Use the technical resource library or include the required document types in your inquiry for confirmation.

Electrical, Specifications & Compliance
Voltage, drainage, water pressure, model fit, and certification scope.
Are Lavilys smart toilets compatible with regional voltage standards?
Voltage Support: 110V–240V | 50/60HzYes. Our smart toilet range uses market-specific power configurations. We supply the required plug type and certified electrical version according to the destination market, including CE, UL, and SAA programs.
What is the standard pit distance for your floor-mounted units?
We offer two primary S-trap configurations: 300mm and 400mm. For European projects, P-trap wall-hung units can be specified for compatibility with common concealed mounting-frame systems.
Do these units run on North American voltage?
110–130V AC · 50/60 HzYes. Eight of the eleven models in the current range have a documented supply of 110V ±10% or 100–130V AC at 50/60 Hz, with US plug types on the bidet seats. Three models are configuration-dependent and are confirmed in writing before quotation.
North American voltage requirementsWill an integrated toilet fit a 300 mm rough-in?
300 mm · 305 mm · 400 mm optionsThe A17 and A18 are fixed at 305 mm / 12 in and the 6293 at 300 mm. The W1 and K1 ship as a 300 mm or 400 mm option — mounting-hole centres of 290–380 mm take the 300 mm version, above 390 mm takes the 400 mm version. Send the bathroom drawing and we check it against the model record before quoting.
Choosing between a 300 mm and 400 mm rough-inWhich certifications do you actually hold?
IAPMO 11670 · UL E527307 · FCC 2A558GC337894The supplied records show IAPMO file 11670 for Water Closet Personal Hygiene Devices, UL certificate UL-US-2232698-0 under file E527307, and FCC ID 2A558GC337894 for a remote-control transmitter. These screenshots do not by themselves establish coverage for every toilet or a specific shortlisted model, so we match the IAPMO listing pages, UL addendum and current directory records before quotation.
How cUPC, WaterSense, UL and FCC differCan a bidet seat be retrofitted onto toilets already installed?
Mounting-hole centres 135–180 mmFor the T1 the existing toilet needs mounting-hole centres of 135–180 mm, more than 490 mm from the front edge to the tank, at least 28 mm of clearance between tank and mounting holes, a socket within about 1.5 m and an inlet valve within about 0.5 m. The B04 mounting plate adjusts across 125–190 mm. Send site photos and we check the fitment before you order.
Bidet seat compatibility checklistDo smart toilets need electricity?
Yes. The washing, heated-seat, warm-air, sensor and control functions require a grounded power supply. For North American projects, select a documented 110–130V, 50/60Hz configuration and confirm plug type, circuit protection and local electrical-code requirements before installation.
Read the North American voltage guideWhat rough-in size is needed for a smart toilet?
The required rough-in depends on the model. This range includes fixed 300 mm and 305 mm models plus products offered in 300 mm or 400 mm versions. Measure from the finished wall to the drain centre and send the drawing for model-level confirmation before ordering.
Compare 300 mm and 400 mm rough-insCan a smart toilet work with low water pressure?
Some models are more suitable than others. Tankless A17, A18 and S21G configurations specify 0.15–0.75 MPa, while water-tank models such as W1, K1 and 6293 operate from 0.06 MPa. Confirm static and dynamic pressure at the installation site before final selection.
What certifications should a smart toilet have in the United States?
Certification scope depends on the product and market. Buyers commonly review plumbing compliance such as cUPC and electrical or radio compliance such as UL and FCC. Lavilys provides model-specific files where available instead of applying one certification claim to the full range.

Bidet Seat Compatibility
Existing-toilet measurements, utilities, installation, and retrofit planning.
Can you put a bidet toilet seat on any toilet?
No. Compatibility depends on bowl shape, mounting-hole spacing, usable bowl length, clearance in front of the tank and access to water and power. Measure the existing toilet and compare it with the model-specific fitment guide before ordering.
Use the bidet seat compatibility checklistDo electric bidet seats need an outlet?
Yes. Heated water, a heated seat, warm-air drying and electronic controls require a nearby grounded outlet. The T1 installation record calls for a socket within about 1.5 m; always confirm the destination-market voltage, plug and electrical protection before installation.
Read the North American voltage guideHow do you measure a toilet for a bidet seat?
Measure the distance between the mounting holes, the distance from those holes to the front edge of the bowl, the bowl width and the clearance between the holes and the water tank. Also photograph the water inlet and nearby electrical outlet for a compatibility review.
Can a bidet seat be installed without replacing the toilet?
Yes, when the existing ceramic bowl matches the seat dimensions and has suitable water and electrical access. The original seat is removed, the mounting plate is fitted, and the bidet seat connects to the shut-off valve through the supplied or approved inlet hardware.
Do bidet toilet seats use warm water?
Electric models can heat wash water and offer adjustable temperature settings, but the heating method and available levels vary by model. Confirm whether the selected product uses instant heating or another documented configuration before specifying it for a project.
Are bidet seats suitable for hotel bathroom retrofits?
They can be a practical retrofit when the existing toilets share consistent dimensions and utilities. Hotels should test the proposed model in a sample room, confirm cleaning and maintenance access, approve spare parts and train housekeeping or engineering teams before a wider rollout.

Projects, Warranty & After-Sales
Commercial rollout planning, warranty coverage, and practical considerations for hotel and multi-family bathroom projects.
Are smart toilets suitable for hotels and multi-family projects?
They can be, provided the project standardizes voltage, rough-in, water pressure, spare parts and maintenance procedures. Commercial buyers should approve one documented configuration, retain model-specific manuals and plan a replacement-parts buffer before rolling out units across multiple rooms.
Review the hotel specification guideWhat is the warranty coverage for smart toilets and bidet seats?
Lavilys provides a 2-year warranty on the complete unit. Quality defects caused by materials or manufacturing are the seller's responsibility. Once a quality issue is confirmed as non-human-caused, replacement parts are shipped at no charge. Damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear-and-tear consumables is not covered.
